Now Hiring: AppDynamics Administrator / Systems Administrator
Support mission-critical Commercial and Federal Healthcare environments while leveraging your expertise in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), AppDynamics, Windows/Linux administration, and security compliance.
We're seeking a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring application reliability, performance, and security across complex enterprise systems.
What You'll Do
✅ Administer and optimize the AppDynamics platform across Linux and enterprise application environments
✅ Monitor application health, troubleshoot performance issues, and identify root causes of bottlenecks
✅ Install, configure, and maintain AppDynamics agents (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.)
✅ Build custom dashboards, alerts, health rules, and automated monitoring solutions
✅ Manage Windows Server and RHEL Linux environments, including patching, health checks, and system maintenance

Required Skills & Experience
✔ 6+ years of experience in Systems Administration and Application Performance Monitoring
✔ Hands-on experience administering AppDynamics (installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and reporting)
✔ IAT Level II Certification
✔ Strong Windows Server and RHEL Linux administration experience
✔ Active Directory and Group Policy administration knowledge
✔ Experience with PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools
✔ Understanding of application architectures, cloud platforms, and performance monitoring best practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
⭐ AppDynamics Certification (Associate or Professional)
⭐ Experience with Dynatrace, New Relic, or other APM platforms
⭐ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes
⭐ Experience supporting federal or healthcare environments
⭐ Current or recent DoD Clearance
⭐ Active Secret Clearance
