A financial customer is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Engineer to improve their understanding and utilization of raw data in a reporting environment. This person will work with a team of marketing analysts as well as executives and the business lines to create goals for data utilization or reporting. They will spearhead the creation of a CRM that will allow for quicker insights into their customers utilization of products and services including checking accounts, credit cards, CDs, insurance, and auto loans. Additionally, this person will support Tableau reports, investigate data caps and failures, and rebuild reports to resolve those caps and failures. They will also support the restructuring of raw data, so it is more compact, digestible, and actionable while working with data quality, business rules, and data governance.

- 8 years of expert level experience in SQL, Python, and Data Modeling (must be an expert programmer)
- Solid background in ETL processing i.e. experience with transformations and API connections
- Well versed in DBT (data build tools) for data transformation (they utilize Azure, comparable platform ok)
- Expertise in Data Visualization (they use Tableau but comparable tools like Visual Studio and Power BI are okay)
- Technical and data-driven mindset with strong communication skills to successfully work with execs and business leaders across the company
