Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Technology Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and architect mobile technology solutions that align with business objectives. Will be working heavily with .Net Development and full stack development. Must be able to work on MAC.
Hands-on Coding: Participate in coding activities, ensuring high-quality and scalable mobile applications.
DXC Support: Provide technical support and guidance for DXC initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of mobile applications, implementing improvements as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to ensure cohesive and effective solutions.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in mobile development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. This will be both hands on development management as well as people management, resource still needs to be technical and able to code.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile development languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Java), and experience with mobile frameworks and tools.
DXC Knowledge: Familiarity with DXC technology and initiatives.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in mobile development or project management.
Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies.
