Oversight and governance over team's release plans
Creating reporting and release metrics for optimization of deployment
Required to be on for all of the implementations available and supporting all of these 3 per month on average
Attending and providing direction at release meetings
Supporting a team of 5 as their direct supervisor reporting into the AVP
Current Releases (share as an example of D2D):
o Mobile banking to support Zelle
o New Teller platform -- software and hardware
implantations
o Vendor projects supporting origination platform --
enhancing the UI
o Moving the origination platform to the cloud
o Annual core banking upgrades
o CRM tool -- regular releases and enhancements, new
features too

Release management experience in software development at least 5-7 years
People Management 3 years minimum
Banking/Financial industry experience
Waterfall background -- must be comfortable going back into waterfall if they are currently agile but have prior waterfall exp
Open to a PM background with experience doing release management would still need people management experience
