Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of a financial client's Enterprise Technologies Test Automation team. Ensures the functional correctness and performance capabilities of the client's software, to provide the highest quality software products to both external and internal customers. Develops the overall Test Automation plan, its dependencies, and organizational goals, ensuring the delivery of quality products. Defines and implements all test automation strategies, procedures, and methodologies following current industry standards and best practices to increase/improve test execution abilities and reduce manual testing, and demonstrate the value of Test Automation across multiple software applications and initiatives. Test strategies will be extensible, scalable, maintainable, and reusable to maximize test coverage. Create, document, and review test plans, as well as establish appropriate metrics and tracking for all initiatives that incorporate test automation. Participates in reviews of requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project-related documentation to appropriately guide, if needed, potential modifications to existing automated test scripts. Provides strategic direction and support to the Test Automation Team in implementing solutions that create testing efficiencies and methodologies that complement manual testing.

- 7-10 years of software quality assurance experience in an enterprise-level environment
- 5+ years of software quality assurance or development teams supervisory experience
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, and ALM (or comparable) in a test automation setting
- Experience, knowledge, and understanding of data analysis and validation
- Experience with test management and automated testing tools such as, but not limited to, TFS, Microsoft Test Hub, Quality Center/ALM, QTP/UFT, Selenium Web Driver, and Visual Studio
- Track record of learning and embracing new technologies, techniques, and processes.
- Advanced understanding of structured application development methodology and principles
- Advanced understanding of structured environments using distinct development, test, and production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or Business-related field.
- ISTQB Software Testing Certification, Foundation level (at minimum) or similar certification
