Insight Global is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors projects.. The client is sunsetting a legacy SAP platform and moving into a newer version. This person will be required to come to San Antonio 1 week every month. Travel will not be expensed so this person must be located in San Antonio, Austin or Houston and willing to come on site. This person will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors projects. They will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation as well as ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This person must maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

- 5+ years of extensive experience in managing SAP projects
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
- Experience developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Experience managing financials for project, including invoicing
- Experience identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, and holding them accountable to project tasks and deliverables
- Prior experience working with Visio, PlanView, and PPM Pro
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or SAP-specific certifications are highly beneficial.
