Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineering Services professional to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and successful execution of construction projects. These individuals will support remodels and new construction at a military installation in order to improve living conditions.
Responsibilities:
Review Quality Assurance work for technical accuracy and provide guidance on plans, specifications, and code interpretation.
Evaluate contractor schedules for construction methodology, sequencing, and contract compliance.
Document principal construction features, requirements, plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings for field conditions and contract compliance.
Maintain awareness of contractor activities and necessary Government actions to prevent delays.
Review proposed changes in scope and prepare expert information for Government negotiations on project adjustments.
Assist in preparing negotiation and change order management documents.
Provide consulting expertise in construction contract administration, management, and acquisition.
Advise the Government on contract administration and Federal Regulations related to construction acquisition.
Review design, specification, and schedule changes to accommodate site conditions or expedite construction.
Collaborate with contractor counterparts to ensure successful project execution and maintain professional relationships.
Perform BCOES and plan-in-hand reviews.
Prepare and present briefing materials for stakeholder engagements.

- Degree in engineering/architecture with 7 years of experience or 10 years of managing construction projects with successful execution.
- Proficiency in construction management and contract administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
