Credit Risk Monitoring
Review borrower documentation to detect early signs of credit risk.
Analyze financial statements, industry trends, collateral, and credit structure.
Identify deterioration in borrowers credit profile.
Loan Documentation Review
Compare executed loan documents with the approved Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM).
Ensure compliance with internal loan policies.
Watch List & Problem Loan Management
Assist in preparing Credit Action Reports (CAR) for loans rated as Pass Watch.
Participate in CAR/Watch meetings.
Recommend solutions for covenant violations, modifications, or forbearance.
Portfolio Servicing
Manage a portfolio of commercial loans.
Ensure timely collection of financials (e.g., tax returns, statements).
Maintain document repository and tickler systems.
Delinquency Management
Monitor and collect on delinquent loans.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Education: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2+ years in commercial portfolio management or credit underwriting.
Or 4+ years in a combination of underwriting, loan administration, and portfolio management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable with digital document systems and internet tools.
Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Effective communicatorboth written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
