Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide support through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems, ensuring inbound callers receive the help they need quickly and efficiently. The Customer Care Representative will also ensure all customer issues are dealt within company compliance/policy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role
- Experience participating in ticket resolution and ensures email inquiries
-Experience with ticketing systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
-Ability to work 8-hour work schedule within 10pm - 10am CST
-Reliable transportation to get to office

-Microsoft 365 Experience
-Experience with live chat resolution
