A local non-profit is looking for a Certified HVAC Tech/Technician III to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The primary responsibility is to perform repairs and maintenance on various HVAC structures including company buildings and warehouses.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
Maintain accurate log of completed jobs
Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, and building codes
Troubleshoot and repair systems related to electronics, sprinkler systems, mechanical, and plumbing
Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Respond to emergency calls as needed
Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, and safe work practices
Maintains local purchase, and other records for parts and materials needed to complete work
May supervise lower-level electricians
Other duties as assigned or requested
