Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join their team in San Antonio, TX. Our client mainly supports commercial service work, specifically in the healthcare industry. This role will be on-site on their client's campuses and involves service work, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the electrical systems critical to their client's operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform service and troubleshooting on motors, control cabinets, submersible pumps, and related equipment.
-Handle low-voltage power additions, switches, and electrical repairs.
-Maintain and repair systems operating at 277V and 480V, as well as 120V circuits for small mechanical motors.
-Work on water pumps, cooling towers, and other essential hospital infrastructure.
-Conduct monthly generator power tests
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols.
This is a 6-month contract to hire position with an hourly rate of $26-$29/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
-Journeyman Electrician license (Texas).
-Strong troubleshooting skills for motors and control systems.
-Ability to work with various voltages (120V, 277V, 480V).
-Valid Drivers License

-Experience working in a hospital or medical office building.
