Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Information Technology Project Manager to support our client in San Antonio, Texas. This candidate will have experience in the Public Sector industry leads projects related to emerging technology implementation. The role involves organizing, planning, and supervising IT projects, including budget management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines. The manager should have expertise in technology, project management methodologies, and financial management. Key responsibilities include ensuring the project's progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and updating project documentation. This person will be responsible for overseeing a team as well as managing up to 10 projects at a time.

Pay Rate:40-45hr depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

- 5 years of experience managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects for government agencies and public institutions.

- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Working with technical and non technical team members.

- Experience overseeing the implementation and testing of systems, software, and hardware, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PMP Certification or Agile Certification PMI-ACP Required or

equivalent
