Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Implementation PM for a client in San Antonio, Texas. This person will lead end to end deployment of restaurant technologies, including POS, digital ordering, kitchen systems, loyalty platforms, and back office systems. Execute pilot → phased rollout → full-scale deployment strategies across defined markets. Own cutover planning, go live execution, and hyper-care support to ensure stability and rapid issue resolution. Coordinate daily with product, engineering, operations, field teams, and external vendors. Drive restaurant level readiness, including training coordination, SOP alignment, job aids, and playbooks. Act as the primary bridge between corporate technology teams and field operations. Engage franchisees to ensure alignment, readiness, and adoption of new technologies. Track rollout progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide clear status reporting to TPMO and leadership. Support post go live stabilization, monitor adoption metrics, and capture lessons learned to improve future rollouts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in technology implementation, project/program delivery, or change management.
• Proven experience leading large scale, multi site technology rollouts (restaurant, retail, or similar environments).
• Hands on experience managing cutovers, go live execution, and hyper-care support.
• Strong understanding of restaurant or retail technologies (POS, digital ordering, kitchen systems).
• Experience working closely with field operations and/or franchise models.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and execution skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, highly ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior QSR or restaurant industry experience.
• Experience supporting high velocity rollout programs across multiple markets.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative deployment models.
• Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
• Experience creating repeatable rollout playbooks and execution frameworks.
