Insight Global is seeking a Technical Analyst with hands-on experience in the FICS (Financial Industry Computer Systems) Mortgage Servicer platform to support a critical system consolidation project. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Indirect Technology Solutions Manager, focused on supporting the FICS conversion from two instances down to a single system while documenting processes, cleaning up data, and maintaining reporting within the indirect channel. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and business analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time given the project's urgency. Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of technical systems and analyst (business analyst) experience
* 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience with FICS (Financial Industry Computer Systems) — specifically the Mortgage Servicer module (Mortgage Accountant experience also acceptable/additive; Loan Producer experience alone is NOT sufficient)
* Continuous improvement or process documentation experience (Six Sigma or similar methodology a plus)
* Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working within the financial services industry (credit union, mortgage servicer, or similar environment preferred)
Experience working with third-party vendors in a technology or systems capacity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including MS Visio (or comparable process-mapping tool) and MS Project
Demonstrated knowledge of data processing and enterprise software applications
