Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to support a mobile application development team within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting native mobile applications, partnering closely with developers, managing backlogs, and driving requirements from concept through delivery. This role is heavily focused on product execution, feature refinement, and stakeholder collaboration rather than traditional business analysis.

Gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with business objectives.
Partner with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams to define and deliver solutions.
Lead feature refinement, backlog grooming, and sprint planning activities.
Provide day-to-day business guidance to development teams throughout execution.
Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business requirements.
Identify risks, resolve requirement gaps, and escalate issues when necessary.
Support program-level analysis, decision-making, and prioritization efforts.
Document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows.
Evaluate solution options and recommend approaches that maximize business value.
Collaborate with both mobile and web development teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
