Responsible for the behavioral, conversion/task flow completion and adoption analysis for all digital properties, with a focus on the public site, account opening, mobile and online banking. Continually monitors the properties and their instrumentation to ensure the data is being collected and is consistent with the established tracking standards and strategy.Translates data into insights and recommendations for user experience enhancements, content creation, and other performance improvements. Must have strong communication skills and an ability to document findings, draw conclusions from disparate data and present relevant and concise results to peers and senior management. Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards across different platforms such as Adobe Analytics and PowerBI. Assist senior analytics team members in developing and executing KPIs and strategy. Create data visualization and dashboarding deliverables

- 2+ years of Data Analysis experience within Adobe Analytics or a comparable data analysis/visualization platform i.e. Google Analytics
- 2+ years of Digital Marketing Web Analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or Web Design
