Insight Global is seeking two Construction Control Representatives to support mechanical, fire protection, and project engineers in ensuring compliance with contract plans and specifications. These individuals will support remodels and new construction at a military installation in order to improve living conditions.
Responsibilities:
Inspect contractor's work and review submittals for compliance, reporting daily in the USACE Resident Management System (RMS).
Inspect on-site plant, materials, and equipment for compliance with contract plans, specifications, EM 385-1-1, and OSHA requirements, reporting daily in RMS.
Observe contractor and subcontractor performance for compliance with contract plans, specifications, EM 385-1-1, and OSHA requirements, reporting daily in RMS.
Analyze schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, evaluating out-of-sequence work and ensuring it does not affect the critical path.
Review contractor schedules for adherence to construction methodology, sequencing, and contract compliance.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Control.
- Familiarity with RMS.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) or similar.
