Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst will use BI and Data Analytics best practices to provide timely and insightful information to the business and promote BI within the organization. Responsibilities include data gathering, modeling, report creation and automation, and end-user training. The analyst will develop reports, analyses, and visualizations of business data to help staff align with business strategies, goals, and objectives, driving innovation and informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in business, computer information systems, management, statistics, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in variance analysis, technical business analysis, or similar roles within data warehouse and/or business intelligence environments.
-Knowledge of Programming Languages: SQL, Python and JavaScript
-Knowledge of tooling systems: PowerBI, Microsoft Suite and Visual Studio
-Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) Software
-Experience in sessions with business users to identify data sources, key facts, and dimensions supporting business requirements.
-Comprehensive experience in data warehouse analysis and design, including knowledge of methodologies and data modeling.
-Experience developing and producing various reports, analyses, and visualizations to support decision-making and align with business strategies.
-Has Identified opportunities for data-driven insights and experience collaborating with stakeholders to enhance reporting tools and efficiency.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Previous experience working with EAM Software Hexagon
