Business Analyst Digital Experience
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our Digital Experience Team. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our mobile app, loyalty programs, and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring our digital products and services evolve with customer expectations and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer care escalations related to mobile app and web issues.
Investigate and resolve online order issues through detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with digital, DevOps, and marketing teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless application functionality.
Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that drive improvements in app performance and user experience.
Document processes, resolutions, and recommendations for future reference and continuous improvement.

Minimum of 3 years experience as a technical business analyst supporting public-facing websites and mobile application development
Proficient in SQL for executing and troubleshooting queries.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting EDI applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and drive effective solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
Excellent documentation skills with attention to clarity and detail.
Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating across marketing, technology, and operations teams.
Experience as a business analyst in the food or retail industry.
Background in QSR environments.
