Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Audio Visual Engineer to support a local bank in San Antonio. This individual will be responsible for:
- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise audio‑visual systems across multiple locations
- Engineer and support conference room solutions utilizing Cisco Room Kits, Room Bars, and Webex Control Hub
- Integrate microphones, speakers, cameras, displays, and AV control systems into standardized room environments
- Lead AV troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis to ensure reliable, high‑quality collaboration experiences
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on AV installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain AV system documentation, standards, and diagrams
- Ensure AV systems meet performance, security, and organizational standards

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise AV systems
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco Room Kits, Room Bars, Webex environments, and Webex Control Hub
- Ability to design, build, and support conference rooms, boardrooms, and large meeting spaces
- Strong experience with audio systems, including wired/wireless microphones, speakers, DSP tuning, and signal flow
- Experience creating AV documentation and drawings; Visio required
- Experience supporting live events and executive‑level meetings
Willingness to travel ~25% regionally (TX/OK)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
AMX experience
Crestron experience
HDMI / advanced AV cabling expertise
Experience in large, regulated, or enterprise environments
Background mentoring junior AV technicians
