Job Description

An Insight Global client is currently looking for a Sr. Construction Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for:
• Lead and manage end-to-end data center construction projects, from early construction phases through commissioning and customer handoff.
• Oversee all construction trades, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Manage supply chain logistics, including material procurement, delivery scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Own construction execution through core & shell completion, followed by full oversight of:
○ Mechanical systems
○ Electrical infrastructure
○ Network and technology installations
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Transition from base build into tenant improvements (TI) / customer fit-out projects, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Track project progress, risks, and changes using project management platforms and reports for leadership visibility.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for construction execution across internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ownership of at least one 50+ MW data center construction project
(Must have directly managed the project, not supported as part of a team).
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on large-scale, complex builds.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong background in mechanical construction, particularly within data center environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades, aggressive schedules, and complex stakeholder groups.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience using Procore for construction and project management.
• Exposure to BIM modeling workflows.
• Familiarity with RediT / reporting or construction analytics tools.
