REMOTE Technical Content Designer

About the role:

As a Technical Content Designer, you will be responsible for developing visual and auditory content for a suite of technical capabilities and products within Dell's E-commerce platform. This team is looking to capture user experience and demonstrate the usage of products in a creative, appealing manner.



Responsibilities:



* Take user data and create shoft-form visuals such as infographics, user-demos, step-by-step flows, voice-over presentations, screenshot videos

* Put together content in a timely manner to able to present to stakeholders in executive leadership, sales teams and customers

* Perform multiple iterations and make edits alongside leadership and production teams

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in Content Design creating visual and auditory content for technical products

* Ability to create high-quality infographics, user demos, and step-by-step outlines of user flow

* Adobe Premiere or Camtasia

* Extreme attention-to-detail

* Highly reliable

* A portfolio with examples of relevant work

Plusses:

* Experience working on customer-facing content

* Experience working with executive stakeholders
