Strategic
Focus on Lifecycle Hub Development/customization/daily operations logistical supply chain management activities including inventory, quality, configuration services, provisioning, and managed deployment expertise . Additional development of warehousing and inventory management reporting creating efficiencies in each customer LCH experience.
Tactical
Repair Programs: Support OOW/WORN Asset Repair Program and disposal program logistics and reporting.
Parts Management: Manage parts depot reporting and opportunities as well as identifing increased customer service opportunities.
Partnership Expansion: Explore expanding opportunities with HP, Lenovo, and Apple products in the LCH service.
