Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant I to join our finance team. This role supports core accounting functions, ensures accurate financial records, and assists with reporting and month-end close activities. This role pays from $55k-$60k.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and reconcile accounts for review
Record standard journal entries in the ERP system
Assist Finance leadership with reporting needs
Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
Support month-end close processes
Review data for accuracy prior to posting
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve basic accounting issues
Create and update simple reports using Excel

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience with accounting or finance
- Degree in accounting or finance
- ERP system experience
- Strong excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- International experience
- Microsoft Dynamix experience
