Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer with expertise in forming and shoring systems to join our team. This role combines technical design responsibilities with leadership and client-facing support. This candidate will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies, and provide innovative solutions for complex projects. This role pays up to $110k annually.
Key Responsibilities
· Mentorship & Leadership
o Guide and support junior engineers through technical challenges and career development.
· Sales Collaboration
o Partner with sales teams to develop safe, efficient design solutions.
o Provide engineering expertise to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Design & Technical Work
o Perform structural design and analysis for forming and shoring systems.
o Prepare detailed drawings and calculations in compliance with industry standards.
· Project Management
o Execute miscellaneous engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
o Coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
· Client Support
o Respond to technical questions from clients and assist in developing tailored solutions.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
· Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
· Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with forming and shoring systems.
o Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams.
· Skills:
o Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, design codes, AutoCAD and/or Revit, and structural analysis/design software.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
