Job Description

What You’ll Do
• Organize and manage design reviews, construction design packages and deliverables to support all aspects of construction: including scope of work, kick-off, 30%, 60%, 90% Review, IFA, IFC
• Create and audit KPIs for engineering deliverables
• Own the full design and engineering deliverables for construction and infrastructure development
• Audit all engineering schedules and ensure they are in line with construction schedule
• Fundamentally understand deliverables and ensure completeness of engineering packages to meet the stakeholder’s requirements
• Manage all aspects of technical planning, scope development, change management, programming, design, and engineering services in all phases of the project
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the various cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment
• Promptly and accurately communicating risk due to accelerated project needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in engineering/design project management preferably in refineries
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
• Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, Navisworks, Primavera P6

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with a $200m+ project
