We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to help rebuild our Project Management Office (PMO) that was previously dissolved. The goal is to rebuild the PMO without fully reverting to the previous structure, incorporating high-level reporting and standardizing processes across the board. This person will help with overall reporting of technical projects, working with different engineers and stakeholders, and create presentations on their findings. This person must be confident in their ability to work with and communicate with very technical engineers. We are looking for someone who can gather the right information, and deliver it concisely. This team already has a vendor manager and a business analyst, so this person will be more so responsible for creating PowerPoint decks for tracking initiatives weekly, using Jira to feed that, and road mapping.

- Junior-level professional with relevant experience (not entry-level or VP converting).
- Strong proficiency in Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to report on large volumes of work and present findings to leadership.
- Not intimidated by engineers, capable of holding them accountable and communicating effectively.
- Experience in planning and strategizing frameworks is a plus.
- Financial services experience
