Job Description

This Implementation manager will be responsible for the start to finish process of onboarding new Insurance clients into the existing ecosystem. There tools, processes and procedures are already in place for this person to be successful. The ideal candidate will work with great diligence, attention to detail, manage the project from start to finish, be comfortable being client facing, as well as being a point person for many internal teams all working towards the same end goal.
Assurance of Pharmacy Benefits Management Compliance with Reference Guide
Track client specific project plans and deliverables for timeliness
Provide timely and accurate updates to Log and Milestone Report along with distribution to all team members, including client, and internal business partners
Respond and acknowledgement of all emails provided within 24-hours of receipt (business day)
Return all client calls within 24-hours of receipt (business day)
Draft and distribute meeting agenda/minutes within 24-hours of each call/meeting
Work with Implementations Leadership to secure client sign off on all requirements/define critical milestones/timelines
Direct issue escalations to appropriate functional area leader and include Account team members
Internal pre-kickoff meeting with account team (SAE, AM, and CA) should occur within 1 week of assignment, considering timing. External pre-kickoff meetings are not required
Host minimum of 3 meetings per client each week:
- Internal
- Account Team (SAE, AM, and CA)
- Client (inclusive of above and any key stakeholder)
IM MUST ensure External Transition Meeting is added as an agenda topic for last on-going client meeting

5+ years in a Project Manager/Implementation manager role
Insurance/Pharmacy/Healthcare background knowledge of terms like eligibility, pharmacy benefits, co-pay, deductions, etc
MS Project
sharepoint
Excel
Great soft skills Customer facing, can be the point person for various internal teams. professional, organized, high sense or urgency, problem solver!

Previous CVS experience (if rehireable)
