Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to support a leading financial services client in driving end-to-end product and feature development for the Apple Card. This role will focus on enhancing platforms used by dispute agents to manage customer intakes and resolve cases, with an immediate priority on redesigning the agent intake process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle product management for credit card dispute platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define product strategy and roadmap
• Drive improvements in agent workflows and documentation tools
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards
• Champion user experience and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of product management experience with ownership of end-to-end product and feature development
- Background in the financial services industry
- Experience in the credit card domain (highly preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with credit card dispute and chargeback processes
- Experience enhancing agent platforms and workflows
- Knowledge of Regulation Z and credit card compliance
- Exposure to Apple Pay or Apple Digital Wallet products
Experience with Pega Smart Dispute
