Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Principal GaN Expert to join a leading semiconductor client in Richardson, TX. This person is a distinguished semiconductor technology leader with a unique blend of deep theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and strategic vision. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the device technology roadmap, ensuring successful development, release, and adoption of cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum of a BSEE and 5-10+ years' work experience

-Strong theoretical foundation in semiconductor physics and device engineering.

-Extensive hands-on experience in developing and releasing advanced device technologies, particularly GaN, with complementary expertise in GaAs, InP, and other compound semiconductors.

-Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

-Collaborative and influential across technical and business domains.
