Job Description

Insight Global's customer is looking for a candidate to sit in either the Dallas, TX area or Raleigh, NC area.



Support Cisco Customers in Firewall Security Technology updates, configurations, migrations, etc..

Cisco AnyConnect and transport technology

* Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Next Generation Firewall OR Firepower

CCNP Level Engineer

Technical expertise in Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD),

ASA Firewall

IOS Firewall

Intrusion Prevention System (IPS)

VPN

Secure Access (PKI, IKE, RSA, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

DESIRED TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS:

* Autodidactic

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

* Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

* Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively

* Ability to take a desired outcome and connect the dots to a solution



GOOD CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THIS ON THEIR RESUME:

* Cisco certifications (CCNP Security, CCIE Security)

* Direct customer technical support, preferably with medium to large enterprise customers

* Significant time providing technical support at a Cisco partner, especially a Service Provider
