* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business/Computers/IT Project Management related fields
* 3+ years of related professional Project Coordinator/Project Management
* Experience with event planning/event coordination
*Experience in IT Operations/sales operations/Marketing or related
* Experience with Data Analytics -- managing/reporting/presenting data
* Tech Savvy - experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* A go-getter with a passion for people, customer success, and learning
* Experience creating presentations in Google Slides or Powerpoint
* A problem-solving mindset: the ideal candidate is always looking for solutions to the challenges and issues at hand
* Experience in Excel -- Pivot Tables
* Experience project scheduling/project coordination
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
