Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client's Product Management organization, overseeing the first line business controls and lead the roadmap of dispute initiatives. Our client is a global financial institution, and this organization specifically supports their tech-forward consumer credit card products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and monitor controls to identify and rectify any systemic and agent errors.
- Manage the disputes process related initiatives to ensure disputes are processed timely, efficiently, and accurately per regulatory guidelines
- Write and test controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Adapt responsibilities based on the selected candidate's skillset, potentially involving product management, control audits, data analysis, or disputes lifecycle management.
Location:
- This role can be based in Richardson, TX; Wilmington, DE; or the World Trade Center area of NYC.
- The position offers hybrid remote flexibility with 3+ days/week onsite.

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Product Management: Leading end-to-end product management and feature development within consumer finance, wealth management, or other financial services domains.
- Business Controls: Experience building, managing, testing, and auditing 2nd or 3rd Line of Defense controls.
- Data Management: Technical experience coding, configuring, and analyzing data sets using SQL queries, Snowflake, Java, or Python.
- Card Disputes Management: Experience managing and understanding the end-to-end landscape of consumer credit disputes, including chargeback processes, chargeback codes, agent experience, customer experience, and Regulation Z.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly motivated for a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and business results.
- Experience managing or building digital wallet products such as AppleCard, ApplePay, or similar.
- Experience managing controls within consumer finance or credit card disputes.
- Passion for working with data.
- Understanding of Mastercard or Visa chargeback processes.
