Job Description
The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role serves as the primary on-site point of coordination across contractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders, driving execution, safety compliance, and quality control. This individual will be critical in leading day-to-day site operations across electrical, structural, and MEP scopes, ensuring all installations meet project specifications, codes, and data center facility standards.
• Maintain daily logs in Procore
• Coordinate daily with GC, client, MEP, and FSR teams
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce site safety standards
• Participate in GC meetings to review progress and resolve issues
• Conduct daily site walks to verify task completion, quality, and safety
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment with POC/PM
• Track equipment deliveries and ensure install readiness
• Monitor and resolve commissioning and change request issues

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 YOE of construction experience (site supervision or field leadership experience required)
o Data center or mission-critical project experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and MEP systems
• Experience with project tools (Procore preferred)
