Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Assistant to serve as an entry-level supporter in Texas to ensure successful project execution through planning, monitoring, and controlling.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist in creating Project Schedule and Labor and Quantity tracking metrics for each project in accordance with scheduling and cost control department policies and procedures.
· Utilize, update, and maintain tracking using lessons learned and best practices.
· Assist Site and Home Office Payroll in report creation and auditing support.
· Assist with the creation of project specific and payroll data visualizations.
· Assist with weekly updates of the Project Schedules, Labor and Quantity tracking metrics and provide tools and reports to Management.
· Utilize knowledge of scope control and change management.
· Research technology in the construction industry for implementation.
· Other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
· Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Must have versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
· Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
· Understand business implications of decisions and the ability think strategically.
· Highly proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· College or technical degree preferred.
· Knowledge in PowerBi, R script, Python, and data visualization a plus.
