Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our team in Texas to support all active project controls efforts, including project schedules, subcontract management/interface, productivity reports, payroll functions, and financial reporting.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide proposal support, including L1 schedules, contract review, scope and bid package development, etc.
· Support active projects in controls reporting in instances such as, but not limited to, project delay/impact analysis, productivity analysis/updates, schedule analysis/updates, and monthly reports.
· Prepare hour and cost forecasts with minimal supervision.
· Maintains and leads all quantity reporting for the project.
· Provide database management, monitoring of data integrity, updating and logging best practices, creating users, and general support functions for HO and site Payroll.
· Manage third party and Home Office bid support, including development of L1 schedule, writing scopes, creating and reviewing bid packages for subcontracts, and creating submittals for manpower/resource curves and controls execution plan.
· Conduct all QA/QC testing and audit reporting support.
· Develop PowerBI dashboard and provide maintenance, including dashboards for payroll, safety, and manpower.
· Other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
· Four-year Bachelor's degree with three or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning & Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with six years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office
· Proficiency with Primavera P6 with understanding of program functions and logic of construction.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem solving abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
