Job Description

A local company is looking for a User Experience Designer to help come in and assist in making the design for our ServiceNow applications more streamline and internal. This team is looking to let go of the external vendor currently supporting their UX team and have a full time internal POC to assist in this. below are some of the responsibilities:
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user interviews; synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Advocate for user-centered design best practices
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and provide guidance during development sprints.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across responsive web and/or mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma
Understanding of UX design protocols- HTML, CSS
Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile or Lean environments.
Experience working in a global team environment
