A Fortune 100 client is seeking a UX Design Manager to join their growing Service Design organization. This role will be tied to a specific project as outlined by the UX Design Director. Must be willing to work hybrid in client's office 3x week within Plano, TX.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of work experience as a Product/Digital/UX-UI or Software Designer..
- BA/BS in related field required, MS/MFA preferred
- Experience in designing digital products (both native and responsive).
- Experienced in robust wireframes and who can evolve them as needed (high fidelity wireframing).
- Technologies: Figma, Miro.
- B2B and/or B2C Design Expertise.
- Good with workflows; experience with consumer-facing applications.
- Strong Agile project management skills.
- Vocal advocate for following the process (user stories + LoFi sign-off, etc.)
- Continued follow-up ensuring the UX team has the information they need and other teams are providing what is requested.
