Eurofins E&E Laboratories is one of the Nation's leading laboratories for the testing and certification of electronic and electrical products. Eurofins Scientific is looking for a Technical Writer with quality systems experience who will play a crucial role in documenting and communicating complex technical information related to quality management systems within an organization. This individual is responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation such as quality manuals, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality reports.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with quality assurance teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information and understand quality processes and procedures.
2. Writing and editing technical documents that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001.
3. Developing user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand and follow for employees at all levels.
4. Ensuring consistency and accuracy in all documentation related to quality systems.
5. Updating and maintaining documentation to reflect changes in quality processes, procedures, and regulations.
6. Conducting reviews and audits of documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Providing training and support to employees on how to use and interpret quality system documentation effectively.

3-5 years technical writing experience within quality assurance or quality systems space
Experience writing, editing, consolidating, and aligning technical documentation
Understanding/exposure to ISO-9001
MS Suite
Previous experience working for a Certification Lab or NRTL accredited lab
