Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Network Manager to join a Fortune 100 client in Mexico City or Monterrey. The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support for Cisco network infrastructure at field sites, ensuring reliable and secure network connectivity across over 1300 field sites in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include managing network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance, collaborating with field site teams to understand and address their networking needs, and providing stable solutions and support. The role involves coordination with multiple vendors and managing matrix reports for over 20 points. Key accountabilities include supporting Cisco network infrastructure, participating in audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, and collaborating with other IT teams for seamless integration and support of network services. Additionally, the role requires continuous network process optimization, ensuring compliance with corporate network policies and standards, staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements, engaging with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support, evaluating vendor proposals, and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience supporting network operations, incidents, and delivery (wired and wireless) with Cisco equipment
- Experience managing technical resources, network related incidents, process improvements, and resolving network issues
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, monitoring tools, firewalls, load Balancers, and DNS/DHCP Services
- Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written English communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams
- CCNA certification
- Ability to travel to the US and Canada (Active Passport and US Travel Visa required)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CCNP certification
- Experience working with wireless networks
- ITIL certification
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking, LAN, WAN, and Wireless LAN services
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SevOne, NetBrain, DNAC, NetCloud, etc.)
- Experience with network security tools (Palo Alto Firewalls)
- Experience with load balancers (F5, BIG IP)
- Experience with DNS/DHCP Services (Infoblox)
