Insight Global is looking for a strong Tableau developer for one of our financial clients out of Plano, TX. We are seeking a 7–10 year strong developer with deep experience in advanced report development, ideally in a financial applications environment. Candidate will begin with ownership of a single complex report, with expansion into broader reporting responsibilities. This role is not executive or leadership facing, instead, the primary audience is users and product owners. We are looking for a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in dynamic Agile teams. This position is 3 days onsite a week in Plano, TX.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7-10 development experience with Tableau (preferably Version 2024)
• Building highly advanced, scalable reports
• Experience designing dashboards for product users (not executive-facing)
• Experience connecting Tableau to Oracle Database 19 (Exadata on Cloud)
• Strong understanding of consuming and modeling data from Oracle
• PL/SQL expertise including: Writing procedures, Creating tables, Optimizing queries for performance
• Agile
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous experience supporting Financial applications
• Previous banking or financial industry experience
