Job Description
Serve as the Netskope SME responsible for designing, deploying, administering, and optimizing the This local governments Netskope environment. This includes managing SWG, ZTNA, DLP, DSPM, and AI security controls; monitoring alerts and incidents; tuning policies; integrating with identity and security platforms; supporting Zero Trust initiatives; assisting with incident response; and partnering with infrastructure, endpoint, and security teams to protect cloud applications, data, and users. The role will also provide documentation, reporting, and strategic guidance around cloud security and data protection. This position will be 100% onsite in North Dallas.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Security Engineering experience
2+ years of hands-on Netskope experience in a production environment
Deep experience with Netskope SWG, ZTNA, DLP, DSPM, and AI Security
Experience implementing and supporting Zero Trust architectures
Experience integrating Netskope with identity providers (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory) and SIEM platforms
Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and data protection concepts
Ability to architect, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Netskope in an enterprise environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR/XDR, FDR, Spotlight)
Netskope certification (NCCSA)
Email security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast, M365 Defender)
GRC/compliance experience (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001)
Government/public sector experience
