15+ years as a PM/Scrum Master role with the last 5 years being in a RTE/Leadership role
At least 1 proven project where have functioned as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Bachelor degree required (concentration in either Business or Information Systems Management preferred)
Certification: SAFe Release Train Engineer or SAFe Agilist/SAFe 5.0 preferred
Expertise within onshore/offshore teams
Strong project management experience: work cross-functionally across the enterprise, oversee the planning and release of Data and Analytics products through the entire product development lifecycle, manage resources, schedules, record-keeping and track operating metrics and KPIs
Strong time management, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to articulate delivery plans and challenges to senior and executive leadership, self-starter mentality, calm and cool under pressure
Prior experience dealing with external vendors and implementation partners
Preference for experience leading Scrum/Agile team events; experience supporting PI Planning events
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, status reports.
Experience navigating Change Approval Boards and associated processes.
Strong Azure DevOps Boards/Backlogs/Queries.
Expert in entire Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Drive Azure DevOps and Jira best practices within and across products/programs.
Experience managing business expectations and client interfacing
Must be willing to work onsite at client's HQ 3 days per week
