Job Description

An employer is looking for a Workforce Training Program Manager to lead day-to-day activation of the client’s global Service Standards and Tastemakers strategy. This role will coordinate stakeholders, manage program governance, drive market readiness, and ensure successful execution of the global hospitality roadmap from pilot learning through 2027 launch and adoption.Key responsibilites will include:
Hospitality Program Leadership
• Manage the end-to-end global Service Standards and Tastemakers roadmap.
• Coordinate activities across XM, Operations, Training, Marketing, Communications, Insights, and market teams.
• Maintain key milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Support leadership alignment and governance routines.
Market Activation & Readiness
• Partner with pilot markets to gather learnings, identify best practices, and support readiness planning.
• Coordinate market launch preparation, localization planning, and implementation support.
• Develop and maintain market-facing tools, timelines, and readiness trackers.
• Support global roadshows, market leadership engagement, and launch planning activities.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
• Coordinate development and execution of the hospitality change management plan.
• Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to support storytelling, engagement, and launch activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Global Functions, COOs, Market GMs, and Operations teams.
• Support creation of leadership materials, presentations, and communications.
Measurement & Continuous Learning
• Partner with XM Insights and Analytics teams to support pilot and launch measurement activities.
• Coordinate collection of pilot learnings, success stories, and qualitative feedback.
• Maintain visibility to key adoption, engagement, and hospitality metrics.
• Support development of business case materials and proof points for leadership.
Program Operations
• Work with external vendors, contractors, and agency partners supporting the hospitality program.
• Track budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation plans to leadership.
• Ensure execution stays aligned with overall hospitality strategy and business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in program management in a global environment
Operational background in restaurant/ hospitality
Experience supporting global launches, transformations, or culture-change initiatives
Proven ability to rollout large scale, workforce training/ operational change
Well versed in change management and best practices
Experience managing external vendors or agencies
Familiarity with customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), or service standards programs
Experience supporting global launches, transformations, or culture-change initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Change management certification or experience leading enterprise-wide adoption programs
