Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a UX/Product Designer with 3+ years of experience for a fully remote opportunity supporting a Fortune 100 Financial Services company. This role focuses on enhancing the functionality and usability of an internal employee portal.
What You’ll Do:
-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive design solutions
-Apply critical thinking to identify user needs and align them with business goals
-Simplify and streamline a complex, information-dense portal to improve usability and efficiency
-Help Design / enhance tool that enable employees to optimize workflows and measure campaign effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ Years Product or UX Design Experience
-Figma
-Experience working on Enterprise Tool such as a dashboard or Portal
-Experience with critical thinking and problem-solving skills by hearing user's pain points and turning that into tangible action for design enhancement and improvement
-Design System experience
