Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager consultant to drive product initiatives across our LATAM markets, with a focus on supply chain and product/catalog data. The consultant will own the roadmap and execution for regional product workstreams, partnering with supply chain, commercial, and engineering teams and engaging directly with suppliers and market stakeholders across the region. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of product management experience, a management consulting background with a supply chain focus, and full professional fluency in Spanish. This is a US-based, full-time engagement (12 months, extendable) with potential for conversion to a permanent role.
Team: LATAM product team within the broader product organization, working closely with supply chain, commercial, and market teams across the region. Purpose / key projects: Drive product and catalog/product data initiatives supporting LATAM supply chain operations — including product data standardization, supplier-facing tooling, and roadmap delivery for regional platforms. Reason for posting: Additional senior PM capacity is needed to accelerate in-flight LATAM initiatives. Motivators: A growing LATAM portfolio and near-term delivery milestones require an experienced, Spanish-speaking PM who can operate independently from day one.
Own the roadmap and backlog for LATAM initiatives; write requirements; run sprint ceremonies; coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and market stakeholders; join supplier calls (conducted in Spanish where needed); track KPIs and report progress to leadership. Interaction level: High — daily collaboration with a cross-functional team and regular contact with LATAM stakeholders and suppliers. Work environment: Remote-first and fast-paced, spanning multiple time zones; US business hours with consistent LATAM overlap.
