Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join one of our clients at their Plano, TX location. This position will be part of the MX Mobile Service Parts Order Management team, where the analyst will play a key role in supporting order management and customer satisfaction. This candidate will be responsible for:
• Customer-Centric Operations: Analyze customer purchase behavior and feedback to enhance service and strengthen relationships. Collaborate with key account managers to resolve customer issues and expand existing relationships.
• Sales Solutions and Market Insights: Identify sales solutions based on customer pain points and market research. Maintain close contact with stakeholders to manage key accounts and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Operational Excellence: Evaluate operational risks affecting delivery timelines or service quality. Create Delivery Orders (DO) based on parts availability and/or allocation against customer Sales Orders.
• Customer Engagement: Prepare for customer meetings, including Weekly Open Order Reports, escalating customer requests to the Demand Management team, and fulfilling weekly customer needs for parts.
• Order Management: Monitor Customer Sales Orders (S/O) to reflect up-to-date parts information, as well as cancel Sales Orders based on customer requests or internal decisions.
• Warehouse Coordination: Work with the Parts Warehouse to align with customer needs regarding shipment schedules, RMA processing, customer claims, and other logistics-related tasks.
• Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits. Process and track orders to ensure they meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to procurement and inventory management. Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and optimize inventory levels.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or tools.
• Knowledge of mobile parts and components is a plus.
