We are seeking a high level Operations Specialist to join our team at Granite Park. This role involves a blend of administrative assistant work and operational support, requiring flexibility, and the ability to think on your feet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process improvement, project management, and delivering on timelines. This individual with work under the Manager of Member Experience and assist with the companys clients and their needs. The organization assist hospitals in areas of sourcing, revenue cycle and performance improvement.
This individual will be responsible for independently managing projects, coordinating high-level meetings, and supporting executive communications related to various teams, councils, Executive Committees, the Board, the President & CEO, and other internal teams as needed. This role will be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

- At least 5 years of experience related to project coordination management, or executive support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
