This position is responsible for providing technical support for complex issues involving Mainframe Storage Management software to ensure our customers achieve their desired business outcomes. Technical Support Engineers are expected to deliver a superior customer experience by exhibiting technical expertise and timely and clear communications.

- 5+ years of related professional experience in a mainframe environment as a storage architect, engineer, or aministrator
- Experienced with z/os
- Knowledge of mainframe technologies like JCL, ISPF, REXX, USS, etc
- Experience with mainframe storage products like DFHSM, RMM, Vantage, Disk Backup, Restore, Allocate, CA 1, etc.)
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in an on call rotation
- Bachelor's degree
