Job Description

We are seeking an IT Help Desk technician to join our team. This consultant will be servicing 160 hospitals and medical facilities to perform various hands-on IT duties such as monitor and PC/Laptop configurations as well as hardware and software troubleshooting. This role must sit in Dallas, TX and involves providing support around the Dallas metro, with different site assignments each day next week. Hospital sites can be up to 2 hours in distance. Mileage will be reimbursed. The pay rate for this role ranges from 24-27 an hour. This requires being on site at these various locations 3-4 days per week with remaining work to be done remotely. The hours on site are 7:30am-1pm.

Required Skills & Experience

- Ability to provide support throughout Dallas Metro
- Experience with various IT help desk duties such as troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
- Experience with setting up computer monitors and other AV equipment
- Experience with PC/laptop configuration
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zyndesk)
- Experience with Active Directory (user accounts, password resets/computer resets)
